Desktop Support Technician

Description:
The Clerk’s Office is seeking a Desktop Support Technician to assist with computer installation and maintenance. Environment is Windows 7 & 8, Office 2010/2013/2016 as well as Office 365. The Tech will also be responsible for desktop, network & hardware/software troubleshooting. As a tech you will need troubleshooting skills in the areas of resolving virus, spy-ware, gray-ware, phishing and other internet attacks against the PC & networks. You must have knowledge in basic router configuration as well as networking.

Qualifications:
Candidates must have experience installing Windows systems, especially Windows 7, Microsoft Office 2010, and must be able to provide troubleshooting resolutions for end users. You must possess a valid Florida Driver’s License.
